General
1. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. All products are inspected for manufacturer’s defects before delivery to customer.
3. All prices are in Singapore Dollars.
4. KidzSpree reserves the rights to change the prices without prior notice.
5. Due to lighting, the color of goods may differ from photo posted on web site.
6. Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose customer’s information to any third party.
7. Meet ups can be arranged at KidzSpree's convenience.
Payment
1. Full refund will be returned if the item is out of stock.
2. All orders will be reserved upon order confirmation. They shall be released if no payment is received within 48 hours upon last correspondence.
3. All payments are to be made to POSB savings account: 102-15288-3. Other bank account no is available upon request.
4. Please email us your name, mailing address, ibanking nick, amount transferred and transaction ref(if any) once payment is made.
5. Strictly no cancellation of orders once payment is made.
Delivery
1. FREE delivery via normal postal mail services within Singapore.
2. Items would be mailed out within 2 working days to Singapore Post once payment is received.
3. We shall not responsible for any lost or damage to items through normal post, there will be no refund or replacement.
4. Registered mail is strongly recommended. To opt for registered mail, please top up SGD$2.25.
